Vegetarian Fried Rice

Ingredients:
Rice cooked -1 cup
carrot finely chopped - 1 or 2
Beans finely chopped - 5-6
spring onions finely chopped - 2
Oil - 2-3 spoons
Dry red chillies -3
Garlic finely chopped - 3-4 cloves
Ginger finely chopped - 1
white/black pepper powder according to taste
salt to taste
Red chilly powder - 1 spoon
Vinegar - 1 spoon

Method To Cook:

1.Take 1-2 cups of cooked rice and cool it.
2.Now take a boil add 2-3 spoons of oil and heat it.
3.Add red chillies,garlic,ginger and spring onions stir well and fry for 3-5min.
4.Now add carrot and beans stir well and fry it for 5min.
5.Add red chilly,salt,white pepper powder according to taste and mix well for min.
6.Now add rice and stir it well until it mix well with added ingredients for 3-5min.
7.Now add little vinegar and stir it.
Hot-Hot Vegetarian Fried Rice is ready to eat.Garnish it with onions to add taste.
