Onion Roti

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour – 2 cup

Ghee – 1 tablespoon

Salt – As required

To make stuff:

Onion – 3

Corainder – ½ bunch

Grinded chilly – 2 tablespoon

Grinded ginger – 1 tablespoon

Lemon juice – ¼ tablespoon

Salt – As required

Oil – 100 ml

Mode of Preparation:

1. Mix ghee and salt with wheat flour, Knead it.
2. Chopp the onion and coriander, then mix ginger & chilly paste into the onion.
3. Add lemon juice and mix well.
4. Now take the kneaded flour make into a equal ball size shape and press like chappati.
5. On the surface of chappati spread the onion mix and again knead the stuffed chappati into a ball.
6. Now again press the stuffed chappati and put it into heat.
