Indian Egg Biriyani

Ingredients:

basmati rice-2cups (parboiled),
4 boiled eggs,
garlic paste -2 tsp,
1big onion(chopped),
dhania patta(chopped),
bay leaf-1,
cinnamon3-4 small sticks,
cardamom3-4,garam masala,
haldi,red chilli powder,
salt.(serves 2 persons)


Method:

Heat oil. put bay leaf,cinnamon and cardamom.
when they sprinkle add choppe onion and garlic paste,
fry till nicely brown. with a fork pierce the eggs
carefully and add them to the onion and garlic mixture.
add haldi,salt and red chilly powder according to taste.
then add the rice. mix well. add garam masala and
mix again then add chopped dhania patta for garnishing.
cover the vessel and keep for sometime.
tasty egg biriyani is ready to be served.
