Delicious Mutton Fry.

Ingredients:

Mutton - 1/4 kg
Refined oil - 50 gms
Onion - 2 (cut into small size)
Tomato - 1
Green chilly - 4
cardamon - 1
cloves - 1
cinnamon - 1
Aniseed - 1 spoon
Garlic - 6 pieces
Ginger - thumb finger size
Pepper - 1 spoon
cumin seed - 1 spoon
Chilly Powder,Corainder leafs, Mint leafs, Curry leafs.

Method of Preparation:

First boil the mutton in a cooker. Add garlic, giner, green chilly, aniseed, cloves, cinnamon, cardamon, pepper, cumin seed and make it as a paste. Pour oil in a kadai fry onion first then tomato. Onceafter it fried add that paste and mutton together. Keep it in a warm for 10 minutes then add curry, corainder, and mint leafs to make more delicious.
