Coconut Burfi

Ingredients:

Coconut - 1 Big size
Sugar - 250 gm
Cardamom - 4 (remove skin and powder it)
Ghee - 8 Table spoons.
Water - 1/4 cup

Procedure:

Grate the coconuts nicely. In a fry pan, add 1/4 cup water and heat it;
Add coconut and sugar to it and keep stirring, when it blends together and puffed, add cardamom powder, and ghee .

Grease ghee on a tray and pour the mixture over it, flatten the mixture, and by using sharp knife make cakes, either in square shape or in diamond shape.

White crispy coconut burfi is ready. Please try this out.
