How to Make Chicken in Curry leaves
Preparation time 15 minutes .
Cooking time 30 minutes
Ingredients for Chicken in curry leaves .
Chicken 500 gm .
Curry leaves : 1 & 1/2 cup .
Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsps.
Onion : 3 medium onions ground to a paste .cumin powder : 1tsp.
Tomato : 1 large or 2 tbsp of tomato puree/sauce.
Black pepper powder : 2 tsp.
Garam Masala powder : 1 tsp .
Termeric : 1 tsp.
Chicken Masala powder : 1 tsp.
Some cloves , elaichis and a piece of cardamom .
Salt : to taste
Green chilli paste : 1 tbsp .
2 tbsp of Oil for frying .
Process to make Chicken in Curry leaves :
> Marinate chicken in the mixture of all the spices except for the paste of curry leaves , tomato puree and onion paste .
Add one tsp of oil to the marination .Keep chicken for half an hour .
Heat oil in a wok .
Add cloves ,Elaichi and cardamom .
Saute onion paste till brown .
Add Chicken . Stir occasionally till chicken leaves oil in sides .
Add Tomato puree with salt . Stir well and cover for 3 minutes .
When tomato starts mixing with chicken add curry-leaves paste .
Stir for sometimes or untill it get mixed with chicken .
Your home will be filled with strong mothwatering aroma of curry leaves blended with chicken .
Serve with rice or roti .
