Capsicum Fry

Ingredients:

2-3 Cleaned Capsicum
Gram flour/Besan - 2 cups
Chilli powder - as per taster
Salt - As per taste
Oil to fry


Method:

1. Cut capsicum into thin long peices.
2. Sprinkle salt to taste and keep it aside for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add Gram flour/Besan (without water). [The trick here is to mix it unevenly, because, when you fry this unevenly mixed capsicum pieces, it will turn the besan into crunchy beads which you will love.]
4. Add chilli powder (very little will taste better)
5. Fry it using good cooking oil.
6. Serve hot.
