Banana Pakora

2 fully ripe Kerala Banana/Plaintains 1/2 cup Maida,
1/4 cup Besan 2 tsp Curd A pinch of Baking Soda
1 tsp Sugar Salt to taste Cooking oil for frying

Ingredients:
2 fully ripe Kerala Banana/Plaintains
1/2 cup Maida
1/4 cup Besan
2 tsp Curd
A pinch of Baking Soda
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Cooking oil for frying

Method:
1. Squash the Kerala Banana's nicely with your hand till no peices of it are left in the bowl.
2. All Maida and Besan to it and mix it well.
3. Add Curd and Baking soda and again let it form a thorough mixture.
4. Add sugar and salt.
5. Let it completely form a paste. Add little water if the required consistency is not formed. Its prefered, if the water content is more.
6. Now, once the paste is ready, keep it for 15 minutes.
7. Make small little balls (one can use the spoon) and leave them in the oil to fry.
8. The pakoras are ready for serving.

It tastes awesome even without any chutney...
Few people prefer it with coconut chutney.
